The Center for Strengths-Based Living

Who we are

The Center for Strengths-Based Living is an organization dedicated to empowering students, teachers, educators, therapists, parents, youth sports teams, coaches, business leaders, and organizations to flourish. We believe that your greatest opportunity for growth, well-being, and success lies in recognizing your unique strengths, and making them manifest. Our programs aim to do just that. Utilizing cutting edge research from Peterson & Seligman (character strength development), Linley (personality development) Clifton (talent development), and Siegel (neural pathway development) in combination with our unique abilities and inherent strengths, we guide and support you in manifesting your best self, and your best organization.
